DL Rothberg & Associates is a well established environmental law practice representing businesses and individuals. In precedent setting cases, our litigators handle litigation in federal and State Courts throughout New York and New Jersey. DL Rothberg and Associates serves as coordinating counsel in cases around the country involving asbestos and environmental claims.

In addition to our environmental litigation practice, we prosecute claims for insurance defense and indemnity coverage, and have recovered millions in assets on behalf of clients.
